365 Outfit Challenge Week 7
The majority of the week featured in this post was spent in the beautiful town
and surrounding area of Moab, Utah which is an absolutely amazing place and
one I highly recommend you visit someday! (Check out my Moab post here!)
However, trying to create different outfits that fit within the rules of this challenge
and were still functional enough for all the hiking I had planned on doing in
the 100 degree heat was extremely difficult, but I tried my best! So without
further ado….here’s week 7!
.
Day 43:
My first day in Moab was spent in both the heat of the desert and
in the cool of the La Sal Mountains so I wanted an outfit that
would keep me both cool while hiking as well as from freezing
my booty off while in the mountains! Therefore, I chose to wear my pink
Yogalicious tank from Marshalls, my black RBX calf length hiking pants
also from Marshalls, my black hat from Walmart, and my New
Balance hiking shoes.
.
Day 44:
The majority of this day was spent outside hiking a trail
with little to no shade and temperatures reaching in the upper 90s and
lower 100s. In an attempt to try and stay cool I wore my black
Marika tank from Marshalls, my teal Nike shorts, and
my New Balance hiking shoes.
Day 45:
Another hiking day means another hiking outfit! For this
day I chose to wear my teal Under Armour racerback tank, my
gray nike shorts, and my New Balance hiking shoes.
Day 46:
My last day of vacation was spent driving the 800 miles from
Moab back home so of course I wanted something extremely
comfortable for the drive! This included my Old Navy “Make
More Detours" long sleeve, my black Under Armour crop leggings,
and my black Old Navy flip flops.
Day 47:
This was my first day back at work after vacation and I of course
wanted to show off the little bit of color I got while I was on my
trip!
(I know you can’t really tell from the picture above, but this is tan for me folks!)
Therefore I chose to wear my Aerie crochet sweater tank
top which I paired with my dark wash No Boundary skinny jeans and
my tan booties. For accessories I wore my
gold RIAH FASHION beaded bracelets and my gold cross necklace.
Day 48:
This simple outfit featured my Universal Thread camo v-neck
tee from Target, my white Universal Thread skinny jeans, also
from Target, and my cognac booties from Old Navy. Accessories
for this outfit included my gold RIAH FASHION beaded bracelets
and my gold prism necklace from Walmart.
Day 49:
For this day I tried to take a fairly casual outfit
concept with my plain gray Old Navy v-neck tee and
American Eagle distressed jean shorts and cutesy it up just
a little by tying my tee in a knot in the front, adding my
American Eagle white ballet flats and my silver Disney
“Brave” bow and arrow necklace.
Favorite outfit for the week: Days 44 and 46
Comfort while on my trip was the main theme for this
week's outfits and days 44 and 46 achieved just that while also
making me feel super cute! What outfit was
your favorite? See ya'll next week!
