365 Outfit Challenge: Week 24
Even though by this week everyone was already
putting up their Christmas trees (or, in most cases, had
had them up since Halloween *cue the eye roll*) I was
spending my time giving Thanksgiving the recognition
it deserves as a holiday and preparing for the amazing
food that was going to be coming my way. And with two
Thanksgiving celebrations, the fact that this was
the final week of November, and in my mind the
final week of the Fall season, I felt it was imperative to have
an entire week of cute Fall outfits! Keep scrolling to see what I picked out!

Day 162:
Another Saturday in the Fall means another day for
some Husker football! This day also brought with it a
great opportunity for me to return back home and
help bake rosettes for the church’s bake sale, a
tradition that started when I was a kid! For my outfit
I wore my black scoop neck tank top, my high waisted
American Eagle skinny jeans, my black lace boots, my
gray Nebraska cardigan, and my mom’s Nebraska necklace.

Day 163:
The colors in this outfit couldn't be any more Fall
with my mustard cardigan, my olive green tank top,
my American Eagle skinny jeans, and my brown riding boots.

Day 164:
This outfit was built around my mustard long
sleeve shirt from Old Navy.
(Can you tell I have a slight obsession with mustard?)
I paired it with my American Eagle skinny jeans,
my brown heel boots, and my plaid blanket scarf.

Day 165:
I originally got the inspiration for this outfit from
Pinterest and figured it was the perfect Fall outfit
for a day of running errands. It features my light
gray v-neck from Abercrombie, my black
American Eagle skinny jeans, my olive green
sweater cardigan, my black and white plaid
infinity scarf, and my black booties from Old Navy.

Day 166:
On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving I, along
with my dad, brother, and my brother’s girlfriend
made the journey up to good ole Omaha, Nebraska
to celebrate Thanksgiving with my mom’s side of the
family! My hope for this day’s outfit was to find something
that was comfortable enough for a 5 hour car ride,
warm enough to keep me from freezing to death in the
early winter weather we were experiencing, but yet
still look adorable. I decided this outfit, from my
Thanksgiving outfit inspiration article, fit this criteria
featuring my white Forever 21 sweater paired with my
faux suede skirt from Old Navy, my black knee high
boots, and my black beaded knot necklace.

Day 167:
Thanksgiving day had finally arrived and I was prepped
and ready to celebrate with my dad’s side of the
family in another outfit from my Thanksgiving outfit
inspiration article which featured my stretchy No Boundaries
skinny jeans and flowy orange blouse from Target.
I completed my outfit with my faux fur vest that I actually
found at Goodwill, my taupe Carlos booties,
and my gold leaf necklace.

Day 168:
The day after Thanksgiving I unfortunately had to
work, but that wasn’t going to stop me from showing
some love and support for my Huskers who were
playing Iowa for a spot in the postseason this day.
This outfit featured my Nebraska sweatshirt
(which was actually my mom’s!), my American
Eagle skinny jeans, and my gray Converse shoes.

Favorite outfits: Days 164 and 166
It was really difficult for me to not pick every outfit
as a favorite for this week. However, after some
serious contemplation I decided that my obsession
with the outfits from days 164 and 166 allowed them to
edge out the competition. Both are quintessential
Fall outfits and I remember feeling extremely
cute and confident while I was wearing them!
