Gift Guide for the Fitness Lover
.
.
Shopping for a gym rat this Christmas? This gift
guide will help you find them the perfect gift!
.
.
Workout Gear
.
This is always a super obvious and great gift for your fitness
lover. You can never have too many workout clothes AND
when you look good you feel good so getting your fitness
junkie some new workout clothes they will love will only help
make their time getting swoll even better!
.
Colorful Koala Leggings
These are hands down the most comfortable leggings
I have ever owned. Skip the famous TikTok leggings and
give her these instead. I promise you she will love them.
.
.
The tank I am wearing in the pic is also a very popular
choice they would like. Tank linked here.
.
Sports Bra
This is one of the best and most affordable sports bras
I have ever tried. A couple of these in different
colors would make a great gift.
.
.
Gymshark Workout Gear
.
.
Cheaper than a lot of the more well known workout
brands, but just as good (if not better quality) I promise your
fitness lover (either guy or gal) would love to
receive some Gymshark gear.
.
Vital Seamless Long Sleeve Crop for Her
Adapt Seamless Sports Bra for Her
.
Adidas Cloudfoam Shoes
These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have
worked out in and are so light you feel like you aren’t even
wearing shoes. Would be a great gift for the runner in your life.
.
.
Workout Equipment
Another great option is some new workout equipment!
.
Booty Bands
I have searched high and low for some good booty bands
and these ones are it y'all. They don't move when I am
working out and they deliver quite the punch. Great gift for your gym rat.
.
.
Dumbbells
.
During COVID I know there were a lot of people that started
working out at home which meant they had to buy their
own weights, which are sooo much more expensive than I
thought! If your fitness lover is someone who now works
out at home and is still trying to build their home gym, buying
them some more dumbbells would be a good idea.
.
.
Wrist/Ankle Weights
.
I don’t know what it is, but lately I have been seeing
EVERYONE either buying ankle weights or putting them on
their wish list. So if your fitness lover doesn’t already have
them these would make a great gift.
.
.
Yoga Mat
.
One thing that I preach over and over again, especially as
I get older, is to make sure to stretch!!! It is so so so important
to stretch or warmup before doing any type of physical exercise
to help avoid injury and yoga is a great way to do that! Also a lot
of yoga places these days are requiring you to bring your own
mat to the studio (thanks Miss Corona) so gifting one would be a great option.
.
.
Boxing Equipment
My boxing gear is seriously some of my favorite things
I have purchased for my home gym. Not only is boxing a
great cardio workout, but it also is a great
anger and stress reliever. Lol
.
.
Foam Roller
.
I actually did a foam roller work out with Tone It Up and holy
crap was that some intense stuff. Who knew there were so
many things you could do with a foam roller and how great
of a job it does at finding all your muscle kinks and working
them out! Great recovery tool to gift.
.
.
Protein Powder/Protein Bars
Protein powder and bars are EXPENSIVE. I guarantee
your fitness lover will be very happy to receive a supply of either.
.
.
Bluetooth Headphones
Trying to workout with headphones that have a cord is
not easy at all. Get your fitness lover some good bluetooth
headphones to get them in the zone.
.
Sony Over the Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones
.
Blender
I'd bet money that your fitness junkie is all about smoothies.
Fruit smoothies, protein smoothies, green smoothies...all.the.smoothies. lol
So why not give them a nice new blender? I personally use a
Ninja blender and love it and the single size blender containers it
comes with are perfect since I usually make only single servings
anyway, but I hear that once you have a Vitamix you will
never go back to anything else.
.
.
Peloton Bike
Image from Peloton
Almost everyone that has a Peloton bike raves about it and
after trying out the Peloton app for myself I have to say that
I can see why! Definitely a great big ticket gift.
.
.
Water Bottle
.
Fitness lovers like to stay hydrated so a cool water bottle
to help them do that is a great option.
.
Hidrate Spark 3 Smart Water Bottle
.
Body Measurement Scale
Image from Amazon
Most of the time for health nuts, weight isn’t the only thing
they are concerned with. They want to know their fat
composition, muscle mass, BMI, ect. Why not give a
scale that can do all this and more?
.
.
Healthy Recipe Cookbook
Image from Target
Half of the “being healthy” journey is eating right so
why not gift them a cookbook full of healthy recipes?!
.
Gordon Ramsay’s Healthy, Lean & Fit
.
Smart Watch/Fitness Tracker
.
My smart watch tracks my steps, my heart rate, my sleep
pattern, stress level, and so much more! This would be a
great gift for the fitness lover who is all about
tracking their progress.
.
.
Fitness Event
Image from Spartan Race
This is kind of a more unique gift option, but one I think they
would really enjoy. You can sign your fitness junkie up for an
event such as the Spartan Race or the Tough Mudder. Or
shoot….you could even choose to do the Color Run! This could
be a great way to do something together or just for your fitness
lover to show off their skills and earn some bragging rights.
.
.
Liquid I.V.
Image from Target
Great way to help keep your health lover from getting dehydrated
or giving them a boost of energy when needed. (Honestly would
be a great gift for anyone on your list!)
