HAPPY FRIDAY EVE and who's pumped for the upcoming three day weekend?!
I know I cannot wait. Hope you enjoy reading!

What I've Been Up To
.
Saturday was the annual Tampa Trail Fest a.k.a. Tampa Hog Roast in the tiny town
of Tampa, KANSAS (not Florida although that confusion actually led to residents
of Tampa, Kansas getting a free trip to Tampa, Florida. you can read about that here).
This year the Tampa Pride committee had a plethora of fun events throughout the day
to participate in including a cornhole tournament, a dunk tank, a foam cannon, car show, and
more! I arrived with Nick a little after 5pm where we scoped out the cars in the
show, managed to snag a plate of the free pulled pork dinner before they ran
out (definitely get in line early!), and then hung out with friends while we
listened to my uncle's band Justus!

Sunday was my little brother Adam's birthday so after church in Pilsen
we headed to Wichita to have a birthday lunch at Texas Roadhouse.
.
Can't tell he hates taking pictures. lol
.
This last Sunday also marked the 2 year anniversary of me becoming a homeowner
AND a cat mom! Still can't believe I closed on my house and adopted
my three little terrors on the same day, but I was SO ready for
both I just couldn't wait another day.
.
Can't believe they were ever this little! I miss them being this size.
.
Monday night I pieced together the last bit of things to finish my walk
in closet and then published the final video Tuesday which you can watch here!
.
.
Speaking of YouTube I am so excited to share with y'all
that it is finally time for the SPOOKY SEASON
CONTENT TO START! Every Tuesday from now until Halloween will
feature some kind of spooky home related content from decor hauls, to
DIY videos, to decorate with me's, and more! I'm kicking off the series with my
first ever Halloween Shopping Vlog so be sure to turn in and get pumped
cause "This is Halloween. This is HALLOWEEN!"

Shows of the Week
.
The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
.
.
I also spent an evening watching The Evil Dead (1981). It was weird and
had terrible acting, but I suppose I could see how it has gained
its cult following with its creepy campy vibes. lol Definitely won't say it is
a top horror movie for me though. lol
