Watch It Wednesday Part 21
With a lot of new seasons of shows being released there haven't been too many gracing the top
ten streaming lists that I haven't already reviewed. However, I still managed to find enough for this
Watch It Wednesday including a much watch docuseries, a couple shows based on books, and some
Christmas movies just in time for the holiday season. I hope you enjoy reading!

Falling For Christmas SKIP
.

I didn't realize before starting this movie that Lindsay Lohan would be playing the main female
character. After finding that out, however, I was super excited for her big screen comeback.
Unfortunately, the acting and storyline crushed that excitement very very quickly.
Terrible movie and huge waste of time.

Inside Man SKIP
.
.
Interesting concept, but sadly I have to say poor execution. I found the story boring
with hard to follow logic. Netflix you can do better.

From Scratch SKIP

Honestly I think this show would have faired better as a movie. Once the show moved
out of Italy and back to the US it seemed like they were trying waaaaaay too hard to
find things to keep people entertained and threw in a lot of unnecessary drama. Then after that
declaration I learned this show was based on an actual memoir annnnnd I felt a little bad.
Although in my defense if you watch this show you have to admit that all the road blocks and
unfortunate circumstances seem like a work of fiction. I don't know, I am glad in a way that
the direction they took with the show wasn't just one to try and gain sympathy viewers and
add in drama, but it is still not a show I will be continuing for my own personal reasons.

Luckiest Girl Alive WATCH
.
.
So I have to start off this review with a couple of trigger warnings in case you think you
will want to give this one a watch. This movie involves graphic school shooting and rape
scenes that made this movie desperately hard to watch at times and if you are a victim of
either I would watch with caution. Now with all that said, holy. crap. I enjoyed every single
second of this movie. It was raw, it was impactful, it said exactly the right things, and I feel
like for victims of sexual abuse it was an extremely relatable movie with lines that
could reach right in and say exactly what you are feeling. Definitely will be reading the book this is based on.

Christmas With You SKIP
.
.
Yet another over the top cheesy Christmas movie with unrealistic events and overplayed happenings.
.
1899 WATCH
.
.
Full of mystery and intrigue this is definitely a show you need to sit and focus on if you want
to understand what is happening, but honestly with the way it pulls you in that
shouldn't be an issue at all.
.
Wednesday WATCH
.
.
Y'all I have found my new role model. Wednesday from this show is easily one of my new
favorite characters of all time and I loved every single second of this show. Easily one you will
want to sit and binge watch and I am honestly thinking about a rewatch as soon
as I am done with it. Tis perfection.
.
Inheritance WATCH
.
.
Okay....this was a pretty decent thriller and the twist at the end was 100% not one I saw coming.
.
Pepsi, Where's My Jet? WATCH
.
.
I have really been on a docuseries lovin' kick here lately and it is not stopping now. I loved the way
they set up this one providing a chill laid back delivery of information with many aspects reminiscent
of the 90s and early MTV that made it even more enjoyable. (Actually it is really similar to the
Abercrombie & Fitch and Woodstock documentaries which I
reviewed in Watch It Wednesday Part 6 & Part 12 respectively.) I just kept wanting to click next episode
over and over again so this is definitely a must watch documentary in my opinion.
.
Slumberland WATCH
.
.
I have to admit it was a little strange to see Jason Momoa playing such a flamboyant
character, but I think he did an absolutely amazing job and the movie was
entertaining, heartwarming, funny, and perfect for the whole
family. Definitely a must watch.
