365 Outfit Challenge: Week 2

week 2

Week 2 of the challenge has passed and so far trying to create a different

outfit every day has been a breeze! No stress yet, however, I have a feeling that

we are not too far away from those days as we dive deeper into summer.

Summer clothing has always been the area of my closet that is lacking the most,

so fingers crossed we can hold out until fall!

Day 8:

Today's outfit was a casual look inspired by Jennifer Aniston's effortless

style. It features light brown Unionbay cargo shorts, a navy blue Ralph

Lauren short sleeve tee, and dark brown Old Navy flip flops. I also kept

the accessories simple by adding a couple of gold

Day 9:

This outfit was centered around my pink floral Express sleeveless top which

I paired with my white Universal Thread skinny jeans, a medium wash

Aeropostale jean jacket, and Carlos taupe booties. My only

accessory was a silver diamond cross necklace.

Day 10:

This insanely simple outfit was chosen for a night out to watch my

uncle and his band play at one of the bars here in town! It features a black

sequin tank top, bootcut medium wash Levi jeans, and my

Justin cowboy boots!

Day 11:

This outfit features my white Old Navy v-neck tee, black

American Eagle skinny jeans, and white Converse shoes. My accessories

included a gold circle double layer necklace and clear Rhia fashion bracelets.

There were a few times when this outfit reminded me of something you

might see a server wearing so to add a little color I wore this maroon Old Navy

jacket that matched the red in my converse!

Day 12:

Is anyone else in love with the return of overalls or is it just me? They are

just so comfortable and perfect for a day of running summer errands! For

this day I paired my Mossimo denim overalls and black and white striped

v neck tee with a pair of black Old Navy flip flops.

Day 13:

This outfit was centered around these blue and white pinstripe shorts

I found on Amazon since I have had them for over 2 months and

still hadn't worn them once! I paired the shorts with a white button

down waffle knit tank top also from Amazon as well as a pair of cognac

espadrille wedges from Old Navy. For accessories I wore a multilayer pearl

bracelet, a silver Disney "Brave" necklace, and my straw crossbody purse.

Day 14:

This comfy outfit featured a maroon Mossimo v-neck tee,

black American Eagle skinny jeans, white Converse shoes, and

a light gray cardigan from Old Navy! To finish out the outfit I wore a

Disney "Brave" bow and arrow silver necklace from Hot Topic.

Favorite outfit for week 2: Day 13!

There were a lot of simple and cute outfits this week, however, my

favorite was day 13. I felt extremely confident in this outfit

and it featured almost all of my current favorite fashion trends

including the espadrilles, a button down top, and the paperbag shorts!
