Foodie Friday: Iron Rail Brewing - Topeka, Kansas

First off, here is a look at the menu!
Now on to our food! We started off our dinner with an appetizer of Nacho Fries.
Look at the size of these nacho fries man! They are pretty much an entrée on their own!

After we put a decent sized dent into our nacho fries our main entrees arrived. Justin went with the smokehouse burger and a side salad.
I, on the other hand, surprised us both by passing on the BBQ parfait and ordered the BBQ mac and cheese with pulled pork. Absolutely ZERO regrets.

Walking in to Iron Rail I immediately had high expectations. The inside of the place is open, fun, and full of cool decorations, tons of TVs for games, and iron accents. Justin decided we were going to sit at the bar so we didn’t experience the waitstaff, but the bartender was good at making sure we were taken care of not just with drinks, but also with our food too. Speaking of food, it was sooooooo delicious. All of the BBQ had great flavoring with a nice bit of kick and the mac and cheese. Y’all THE MAC AND CHEESE. It was so creamy and cheesy and just everything I want in a mac and cheese. I seriously did not want to finish eating it, but like at the same time couldn’t stop. Suffice it to say I walked out of the restaurant with quite the food baby. lol So if you ever find yourself in Topeka looking for a place to eat dinner, I definitely suggest Iron Rail Brewing!
