Crack Chicken Hashbrown Bowls

Ingredients (per bowl)

1 cup Hashbrowns

1 slice Laughing Cow Cheese

1/4 cup Chream of Chicken Soup

1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 tsp Ranch Seasoning

1 tbsp Bacon Bits

1 tbsp Shredded Cheese

3/4 oz Shredded Chicken - season how you like! (We seasoned ours with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Measured with our hearts.)

Directions:

Combine all the above ingredients, top with the cheese, and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Burritos

Ingredients:

About 3 lbs of Chicken Breast (seasoned with chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion, garlic powder, and oregano)

18 oz Low Fat Cottage Cheese

2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning

1 tsp Chipotle Sauce

1/2 Lime

2 Garlic Cloves - diced

Mayo

8 strips Bacon

7 oz Shredded Light Mozzarella Cheese

White Rice (we used minute rice)

Chives (optional)

Directions:

1) Season chicken and air fry for 375 degrees for 16-22 minutes.

2) In a blender blend together cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, chipotle sauce, lime, garlic, and mayo until smooth.

3) Dice chicken and add sauce.

4) Add bacon and mozzarella to chicken.

5) In a tortilla add cooked white rice and chicken filling.

6) Toast and then enjoy!

Croissant Smash Burgers

Ingredients:

Sauce:

Ketchup, Mayo, Mustard, Relish

Burgers:

Beef Patties - seasoned how you like

Cheese - Sliced

Croissants

Garlic Butter

Directions:

1) Season hamburger and form into patties.

2) Place patties in a cast iron skillet, smash down, add sliced cheese, and cook until done.

3) Cut a croissant in half and spread sauce on the inside.

4) Place cooked patty on croissant, top with other half, and brush with garlic butter.

5) Place back in pan and toast.

6) Remove from pan and enjoy!

Mashed Potato Waffles

Ingredients:

1 packet Roasted Garlic Instant Potatoes

2 eggs

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

4 strips bacon

1 cup sharp shredded cheese

2 tbsp chives

Directions:

1) Make the instant potatoes according to package directions.

2) Let the mashed potatoes cool for 5 minutes then stir in rest of ingredients excluding bacon, cheese, and chives.

3) Once combined, spoon onto waffle iron.
