Friday Eve Flashback: Date Nights With You>
Per usual life has been pretty crazy and overwhelming here lately, but
I still somehow managed to squeeze in quite a few date nights with my amazing
man this past week, find a new favorite restaurant, AND make some huge progress
on my latest and biggest cleaning project to date. Hope you enjoy reading
about all this and more in my Friday Eve Flashback!

What I've Been Up To
.
Last week's adventures began with the start of my biggest cleaning
project to date...organizing my storage rooms at my dad's house. As an avid
decorator I have collected sooo many decorations over the years and the
rooms (yes plural) I store them in have really just gotten out of control.

Saturday night I had a date night with this handsome man.

We tried out a new place for Foodie Friday which has officially earned
the title of being my favorite Foodie Friday place to date!

After dinner we walked to the Stiefel Theatre to see Josh Turner in concert.
Huge shout out and thanks to Kelly for giving us the tickets! We had a lot
of fun and he put on a great show!

Monday, July 31st, was Harry Potter's birthday and I continued my time
honored nerdy tradition of celebrating with a movie marathon! This year
I really channeled my inner kid and built a fort to lounge and watch the movies in.

The babies liked the fort too.

.
Later that evening I got a surprise visit from Nick who watched Harry Potter
and ate dinner with me! I also tried out a new recipe for dinner that night.
It was a three ingredient pasta that actually turned out pretty good! All
you need for this meal is a jar of pasta sauce, an 8oz block of
cream cheese, and pasta noodles of your choice So simple and delicious!
(And gave me an excuse to use my new pasta bowls and my beautiful glasses!)

Finally to round out my week Nick and I headed to Abilene for the
Wild Bill Hickok Rodeo! We went the night featuring some of my all
time favorite events including broncs and bull riding and had a pretty good time!
