I was really excited to have been asked by the Chingawassa Days committee to
write about this festival and made sure that this was the best Chingawassa Days
that I had ever been to! I did soooo much more than I normally do and I am so glad

Foodie Friday: The Burger Garage & Ice Cream Shop - Hesston, KS
I think this was my favorite Foodie Friday restaurant of the month. I loved that I was
able to get both a hot dog and burger for my meal (seriously one of the best inventions)
and I really liked the atmosphere/vibe of the place. Oh and it was pretty fun to go
with my dudes Justin and Danny.

Spontaneous Thrifting Trip Thrift Haul

I love thrifting and a spontaneous trip just makes it even better! I found some
absolutely amazing pieces including my favorite clothing thrift find of the year
so of course this had to be a favorite for the month.

My Favorite Purchases

Shower Phone Holder
.
This phone holder is a game changer. Lately I have been needing to really
keep myself distracted by scrolling through TikTok or watching a YouTube
video/Netflix shows to avoid sitting in the quiet with my thoughts and the water
from the shower was making taking my phone in there difficult. Now I just
throw my phone in this holder and I can have something playing while I
shower! And you can still use the screen on your phone while it is inside.
Hands down one of my favorite purchases ever.

Gold Clothing Rack
.
Unfortunately my last clothing rack literally snapped under the weight of the
clothes that I had on it and so I went to Amazon and purchased this gold beauty.
It is a little smaller than the other one I had, but I like the color and the rack on
the bottom a lot better. It also seems like it is a little more sturdy so I hope it lasts!

Cat Scratcher
.
My cats have been using the cardboard scratch boards that you can get at Walmart
for quite some time, but they make such a big mess and really don’t last all that
long so I got them one of these bamboo scratch pads to try out. So far so good
and I definitely will be buying another one!

Bracelets
I saw these while scrolling Amazon as I tend to do too frequently and I couldn’t
pass them up. I threw them in my cart and ordered them right
away. They are just so stinking cute!

Bling Empire
I freakin loved watching them crazy rich asians.

Hustle
I was a little skeptical of Adam Sandler in a serious role, but dude gave a slam
dunk performance. Great movie for sure.

The Boys
Messed up like no other show I have ever seen, but still so freakin good. Easily
one of my all time favorite shows.

The Summer I Turned Pretty
This is such a cute show and super easy to binge watch! I just found out it is a
book series as well so I am going to have to get to reading that now that I have
finished the first season. I NEED MORE!

Invincible
This animated show is in a similar vein to The Boys with the anti-hero hero thing
and I surprisingly loved it.
